The Opportunity

Reporting into the General Manager - Investor Relations, the Associate, Investor Relations will be a key member and an integral part of the Funds Management Investor Relations team. You will make an impact by providing support to the team in planning, developing and executing Investor Relations strategies, including equity raisings, investor engagement and a variety of Investor Relations activities for existing institutional real estate and infrastructure products on the Funds Management platform.

You will make an impact by:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with investors across existing products, including facilitating regular investor engagement at multiple levels of the investor organisation.- Working closely with Fund Managers to develop Investor Relations Plans / Engagement Plans for specific existing vehicles and driving the implementation and execution of these Plans.- Continually cross-selling products to existing investors and undertaking investor and competitor monitoring to assist with product landscape analysis and positioning.- Managing the completion of day-to-day Investor Relations activities, including responding to investor requests and due diligence reviews; coordinating investor roadshows, update meetings, events and asset tours; providing support in the establishment and execution of equity raising programs for specific existing vehicles; and working closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure investor leads are followed up and converted to investor commitment.- Providing exceptional service to investors and working with key internal stakeholders to provide exceptional Investor Relations service to Fund Managers and Fund teams.
