Investor Relations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Investor Relations professional to take on a pivotal role at the heart of a highly respected investment group.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in REITs and a proven track record of managing investor relations across ASX-listed companies. They will be able to navigate complex situations with ease, handle multiple stakeholders with confidence, and provide strategic input into the development and execution of IR programs that enhance market confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage investor relations across ASX-listed REITs, ensuring consistent and transparent communication with analysts, investors, and the broader market.
  • Support quarterly and annual reporting, results presentations, AGM materials, and ongoing investor updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and retail investors, equity analysts, and key external stakeholders.
  • Lead the preparation of ASX announcements, press releases, and investor materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
Essential Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in REITs is essential; prior exposure to property funds is required.
  • Strong understanding of ASX compliance, disclosure requirements, and capital markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-intensity, performance-driven environment with multiple competing deadlines.
  • Resilient and adaptable with the maturity to navigate demanding stakeholders.
  • Experience with retail investors will be highly regarded.
