Key Responsibilities

- Educate customers on optimal system operation and troubleshoot common issues.
- Communicate effectively with relevant teams to address customer concerns.
- Accurately record issues and data into our CRM database.
Requirements
">- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical, electronics, or mechatronics engineering.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office Suite is highly desirable.
