Technical Support Specialist for Energy Systems

An Associate Energy Systems Technical Support Engineer is responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical or engineering background and be able to respond to inquiries accurately and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service by answering customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of fleet availability through proactive monitoring and resolving issues before they impact the customer
- Evaluate customer needs and work creatively to resolve technical issues with battery systems
- Educate installers and customers to ensure optimal confidence in the operation of their energy storage system
- Determine if a technical solution can be resolved remotely or if on-site service is required
- Communicate customer concerns with necessary teams as needed
- Accurately record issues and data into a CRM database
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with an electrical, electronics, or mechatronics engineering background
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
- Energy industry experience or background in a technical support role
