RACQ Auto is seeking a skilled Motor Mechanic to join our dynamic team in Eight Mile Plains and Geebung locations. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering excellence and reliability to our valued members.

We are looking for a trade qualified mechanic or auto-electrician with strong diagnostic skills, who can apply a methodical and logical approach to all work performed. The successful candidate will have the ability to carry out work to a high standard and in a safe and timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and repair of member, fleet, and staff vehicles in accordance with RACQ fleet maintenance program
  • Detect and diagnose faults in engines and parts
  • Carry out a variety of electrical repairs/maintenance
  • Maintain and repair workshop equipment as required
  • Compile and maintain service records

About You:

  • Able to work on-site, Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm, with opportunities to support across other sites
  • Annual salary commencing from $80,080.00, negotiable depending on experience
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence
  • Able to complete pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and criminal record check
