About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Roadside Service Technician to join our team based in the Brisbane area.

As a key member of our roadside assistance team, you will be responsible for making member vehicles mobile at the roadside, providing mechanical advice, and promoting member services.

Your responsibilities will range from performing vehicle repairs to providing customer service and support.

You will have lots of interaction with members, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About You
  • You hold a trade qualification in mechanics or auto-electrician/industry related fields.
  • You possess a current C Class Drivers Licence.
  • You have experience in customer service.
  • You have strong diagnostic skills.
  • You prioritize safety and strive to achieve zero harm.
  • You are highly organized and able to work independently.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
