About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Roadside Service Technician to join our team based in the Brisbane area. As a key member of our roadside assistance team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our members who have broken down at the roadside.

Your responsibilities will include making member vehicles mobile at the roadside, providing mechanical advice, and promoting our member services. You will also have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with our members and help them get back on the road quickly.

As a Roadside Service Technician, you will work as part of a highly skilled team that values diversity and inclusion. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that allows you to grow and develop your skills.

About You
  • You must hold trade qualifications in mechanics or auto-electrician/industry-related fields.
  • You should possess a valid C-Class driver's license.
  • You need to have customer service experience.
  • You require strong diagnostic skills.
  • You should adhere to a strong safety culture and prioritize zero harm.
  • You must be highly organized and able to work autonomously.
