Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Team Leader to join our team at Raging Waters Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leading and working alongside a team to ensure the smooth operation of our waterpark.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in maintenance, operations, or technical environments, as well as strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities.

Duties will include:

  • Leading and working with the team in inspections, maintenance, water quality checks, and cleaning duties
  • Assigning daily tasks and following up on completion to ensure work is carried out to standard and on schedule
  • Acting as the first point of contact for team support, mentoring, and coaching, especially for new or seasonal staff
  • Monitoring team morale, encouraging collaboration, and reporting concerns to the Facilities Coordinator

Key qualifications for this position include site-specific training provided on park procedures and systems, fluent English language skills, and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays during the season.
