As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and operating the lifeguard team effectively. This role ensures that staffing levels, deployment, training, and compliance align with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and organizational policies.

The Aquatics Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing performance, and contributing to a safe and professional aquatic environment. You will supervise and direct the day-to-day operations of lifeguards, including deployment, rotations, and roster management.

\

You will ensure lifeguard staffing levels align with attendance requirements and oversee Head Lifeguards and Lead Operators, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, procedures, and operational standards. You will also ensure accurate documentation, record-keeping, and reporting across all aquatic operations.

\

Key responsibilities include conducting audits of lifeguards, enforcing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the leadership team, and reporting any operational incidents to the Manager on Duty and Administrator On-Call. You will also act as a member of the emergency response team, providing direction during incidents and participating in emergency response activities.
