Facilities Team Leader

This is a leadership role that requires someone to manage the facilities team at a waterpark.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in maintenance, operations, or technical environments and be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and work alongside the team in inspections, maintenance, water quality checks, and cleaning duties.
  • Assign daily tasks and follow up on completion to ensure work is carried out to standard and on schedule.
  • Act as the first point of contact for team support, mentoring, and coaching, especially new or seasonal staff.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and positive team environment.

The role also involves assigning daily tasks and ensuring they are completed on time, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and providing support and guidance to team members.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in maintenance, operations, or technical environments.
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Manual Handling Training.
  • Forklift license.
  • Manual Drivers License.
  • A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and professionalism.
