Key Responsibilities:- Strategy Development: Drive the development and execution of the national trade store network strategy to drive business growth and improvement
- Operational Expertise: Demonstrate operational expertise and deliver on key financial and operational targets including sales and profitability budgets
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing national support team operating as a unified network with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
- In-Store Experience: Set the benchmark for industry-leading in-store experiences through design and execution of new store fit-outs and upgrades
- Operational Standards: Establish and uphold operational standards across the store network ensuring consistency and efficiency
This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and deep operational expertise ideally suited to someone with a strong background in network strategy, category management, store design, and team leadership.
