The National Retail Manager plays a pivotal role in driving retail performance and shaping the customer experience at a national level. This passionate and results-driven leader will lead and support our store network across Australia, ensuring high standards in visual merchandising, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all retail operations across the national store network to deliver strong commercial results.
- Drive performance through effective leadership, setting clear expectations, and holding teams accountable.
- Collaborate with State and Regional Managers to maintain high standards in visual merchandising, customer experience, and operational excellence.
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance across all stores, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee new store openings, ensuring seamless execution and successful launches.
- Coach, develop, and mentor regional and store teams, fostering a high-performance, team-first culture.
- Regularly visit stores nationwide to provide on-the-ground support and engage with teams.
- Oversee rostering, productivity, and other cost controls to ensure operational efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in a multi-site retail management role.
- Proven track record of driving retail sales, team engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, budgeting, and reporting.
- Experience leading through growth and change, including new store rollouts or major retail transformations.
- Solid knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail operations best practice.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
