Job Description

Beacon Lighting seeks a visionary leader to drive its national store network. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in multi-site retail and operations management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the Beacon Lighting Store Strategy Playbook across retail, trade, design, and operations.
  • Partner with the Executive General Manager – Trade to drive growth across all customer segments.
  • Lead the development of new initiatives to support the growth of trade targets.
  • Influence corporate strategy as a member of the Executive Management Team.
  • Drive store operations for consistency, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

  • Proven executive leadership in multi-site retail and operations management.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering retail and trade growth, profitability, and customer experience improvements.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capability combined with operational attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with peers.
