Supporting Our Clients in Their Own Homes

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Aged Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality care and support in their own homes.

About Us:

Royal Freemasons' Benevolent Institution (RFBI) is a leading provider of aged care services across NSW and ACT. With 22 residential aged care villages and 20 retirement villages, we offer a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Your Role:

  • Providing daily living, personal care, and social support to our clients in their own homes
  • Following client support plans and reporting any changes to the Care at Home Coordinator
  • Assisting with medication supervision and recording basic clinical observations
  • Liaising with families and health professionals to ensure all client needs are met

To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate III in Aged or Community Care, previous experience in the aged care sector, and a current First Aid Certificate. You must also be willing to undergo a Pre-Employment Functional Assessment and hold a valid National Police Check (AFP Code 22).
