About the Role

The IT&C Trainee is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in troubleshooting, system setup, network management, and IT project assistance.

You will provide hands-on support across a range of IT&C functions, with a primary focus on delivering first-level technical support, assisting in IT asset management, and contributing to the maintenance and administration of IT systems.

This role requires you to work under the direct supervision of the broader IT&C team, gaining experience in both operational and strategic aspects of IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver first-level technical support to internal and external users
  • Assist in IT asset management and contribute to the maintenance and administration of IT systems
  • Provide hands-on support across a range of IT&C functions
Requirements
  • Year 12 High School Certificate or equivalent
  • Current unencumbered NSW Driver's Licence
  • Fundamental understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and basic networking concepts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to problem solve, identify root causes, and apply practical solutions
  • Commitment to providing excellent service to internal and external users
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and maintain attention to detail

Estimated salary: AU$60,000 - AU$70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
