Deliver In-Home Support Services with Australian Unity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality in-home support services to our aged care customers, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

About the Role:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including toileting, showering, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Assist clients with transportation to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and their families, promoting social interaction and client awareness.
Key Requirements:
  • Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle.
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
  • Flexibility to work rosters between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Sunday.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in delivering personal care or a Certificate III in Individual Support.
