Job Opportunity: Healthcare Liaison Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage inbound and outbound leads, build strong relationships with hospital and allied health programs services, and provide excellent customer service to patients and other key stakeholders.

This is a permanent position working from home with a rotating roster between 7am and 7pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple communication channels and providing timely responses to leads generated through marketing campaigns.

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads through calls, website chats, enquiry forms, social media messages, and lead forms.
  • Build strong understanding of various hospital and allied health programs services and establish relationships with internal networks, specialists, and clinic managers participating in programs.
  • Capture information from leads through triaging process and provide handover to specialists.
  • Regularly report on contact centre activity and lead outcome by programs and channels with a focus on conversion to consultation and ultimately treatment through clinics or hospitals.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience working in a contact centre environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work with diverse customers.
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry is highly advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail, meticulous follow through, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn with a good work ethic.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to use digital contact centre platforms.
