The Community Healthcare Liaison plays a crucial role in effectively deploying clinical workers to clients in the community.

This hybrid role will be working from our local office and remotely on a permanent part-time or full-time basis.

The Day-to-Day

  • Providing quality administrative support to the allied health and nursing clinical teams, including reporting, document processing and client data management.
  • Supporting the clinical workforce through referral processing and allocation.
  • Responsible for document management, customer and referrer liaison, scheduling support of allied health and nursing services, and ongoing client case support throughout the customer's journey.
  • Management and collaboration with new and existing service providers to deliver care to our clients in their home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative support to the allied health and nursing clinical teams.
  • Referral processing and allocation.
  • Document management and customer liaison.
  • Scheduling support of allied health and nursing services.

Requirements

We are looking for a self-motivated medical and office administrator with excellent customer service skills.
