About the Role- Optimise a network of multiple branches nationally for a leading industrial distribution business.
- Lead, coach, and develop branch leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams.
- Drive performance and cultural transformation, embedding accountability and operational discipline.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, IT, and People & Culture teams to drive process improvements and enhance the customer experience.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture across a matrix organisation.
You are a proven General Manager with prior experience leading multi-branch or multi-site operations, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or trades sectors.
- You bring strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L and budget management and have a track record of driving operational excellence, network optimisation, and performance improvements at scale.
- Experienced in leading high-performing teams and embedding a performance-focused, collaborative, and inclusive culture, you are comfortable working across a matrix organisation with sales, operations, IT, and People & Culture teams.
