Job Summary

A high-performing leader is sought to drive and optimise a network of multiple branches across Australia. As Senior Operations Director, you will lead the development of high-performing teams, driving performance improvements and cultural transformation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the optimisation of a national network of multiple branches for a leading industrial distribution business.
  • Develop and lead branch leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, IT, and People & Culture.

Candidate Profile

You are a seasoned senior manager with experience leading multi-branch or multi-site operations in an industrial, manufacturing, or trades sector.

Bring strong commercial acumen and experience in P&L management, as well as a proven track record of driving operational excellence and performance improvements at scale.

Experienced in leading high-performing teams and embedding a performance-focused culture, you are comfortable working across a matrix organisation.

Strategic and innovative, able to analyse branch footprints and customer needs, implement process improvements.

Humble and hands-on, you earn respect through your actions, coaching, and mentoring, and can navigate transformational change while maintaining engagement across a large, dispersed network.
