Job Description:

As a Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure, network, and systems. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, partners, and suppliers.

Some key tasks include:

  • Triage and manage incoming requests related to application, network, and product services
  • Monitor AARNet's infrastructure, network, and systems using provided solutions
  • Initiate basic troubleshooting for all logged events via the ticket system

Service Management:

  • Service Management: Triage and manage incoming requests related to application, network, and product services
  • Documentation & Knowledge: Assist with the development and maintenance of processes and procedure documentation

Your Expertise, Experience, and Qualifications:

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a Service Desk or NOC environment
  • Understanding of network switching, routing, and transmission technologies
  • Experience in incident, service catalogue, knowledge management, change, and problem management
