Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting Franchise Partners within your region to achieve operational excellence and drive sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Franchise Partners to improve financial and operational performance of their business
  • Ensure that your patch achieves key KPIs in line with benchmarks and best practice
  • Deliver outstanding Guest experience across your patch
  • Be the conduit between Support Office and Franchise Partners, ensuring policies are followed and issues are resolved
  • Ensure compliance to brand standards is achieved within your patch
  • Drive Franchise Partner and team member engagement
  • Assist Franchise Partners in designing and executing local area marketing initiatives
  • Coach Franchise Partners and their teams to achieve success
  • Grow your region by developing a strong bench of multi-unit Franchise Partners

Requirements:

  • Solid business experience, managing multi-site franchised businesses
  • Strong Guest focus
  • Ability to build relationships quickly with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Proven influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong financial acumen, experience with P&L's and budgets
  • Proven experience achieving KPIs and maximising profit
