Job Overview:

The role of Director, Structured Transactions is a pivotal position within the Advisory Segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through origination, structuring, and transaction management for property portfolio realignments and asset redevelopment projects.

About the Position:
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain close relationships with internal and external clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Real Estate and Portfolio Strategy Implementation: Provide expert advice on real estate and portfolio strategy, including highest and best use analysis, development feasibility, and optioneering.
  • Asset Planning: Evaluate property portfolio alignment, conduct scenario testing, and develop strategic plans for asset positioning.
  • Real Estate Economic Data Analysis: Gather and analyze real estate economic data to inform decision-making.
  • Major Project Governance and Implementation: Lead major project governance and implementation, including stakeholder management and procurement.
  • End-to-End Transaction Management: Oversee the end-to-end transaction process from business case development to negotiation and final close.
About You:
  • Prior experience in property/development and infrastructure consulting sectors.
  • Able to evaluate complex scenarios and make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Proven track record and skills in new business development and building strong networks.
