Job Opportunity: Director of Structured Transactions and Advisory Services

About the Role:

The Director of Structured Transactions and Advisory Services will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership in structuring and executing complex transactions, as well as advising clients on matters related to property portfolio realignments and asset redevelopment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business development and client engagement
  • Origination, structuring, and transaction management
  • Property highest and best use analysis, development feasibility, and optioneering
  • Asset planning, including property portfolio alignment evaluation, scenario testing, and development strategy positioning
  • Real estate economic data harvesting and analytics
  • Major project governance and implementation
  • Development market sounding, stakeholder management, and procurement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in property/development, infrastructure consulting sector
  • Ability to evaluate complex scenarios and make informed, strategic decisions for clients
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Proven track record and skills in new business development, with a broad network
  • Capacity to leverage platforms and form attachments with other business lines, building external relationships and winning work
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, engaging diverse stakeholders
