Strategic Transactions Analyst is a role where you will be responsible for evaluating and executing acquisitions, investments, and divestments. You will conduct due diligence to assess the strategic and financial benefits and risks associated with various opportunities.

  • You will work closely with senior leadership and colleagues across the bank to provide recommendations and advice on M&A transactions.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing specific workstreams within M&A transactions, undertaking detailed financial analysis and valuation work, and drafting presentations and papers for stakeholders.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in financial analysis, project management, and stakeholder management. You will also be working on high-profile projects that align with the bank's strategy.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in M&A, corporate finance, or a related field. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
