Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a key role in our Marketing and Loyalty department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to enhance the digital delivery of our Loyalty program and improve Member experience and programme efficiency.
  • Conduct analysis of current processes and their impact on Member Loyalty and programme efficiency.
  • Create project plans with partners including data changes and specifications, system test plans, user and training documentation.
  • Deliver fulfilment of promotional credits and rewards to Members and report to the Loyalty Operations Manager.
  • Collaborate with partners including Legal, Compliance, IT, Store Operations, third party providers and others to ensure that Colleagues are properly briefed and trained.
  • Ensure accurate and shared Member data within company guidelines.

About You:

  • Experience in retail with empathy for how changes in customer experience impact loyalty.
  • Skilled SQL developer with ability to query complex relational databases.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to develop business process skills to recommend changes and outline impacts.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
