Relationship Coordinator Role

About the role:

We are seeking a Relationship Coordinator to support our engagement with Native Title Holders, help deliver on our obligations under the Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA), and ensure our operations reflect cultural integrity and collaboration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Safeguarding respectful relationships with local stakeholders
  • Fostering Aboriginal employment, training, and participation outcomes in line with ILUA
  • Contributing to cultural awareness training and community engagement activities
  • Assisting in heritage management procedures and compliance
  • Providing administrative support, including tracking budgets and managing contract obligations

You will have a genuine interest in Indigenous cultures, community engagement, and reconciliation, communicate effectively, thrive in a team environment, and be open to learning.
