El Questro is one of Australias most iconic destinations, but beyond the dramatic gorges and ancient landscapes lies something even more important h our commitment to building respectful, meaningful partnerships with Traditional Owners and Indigenous communities.
Were seeking a Relationship Coordinator to support our engagement with Native Title Holders, help deliver on our obligations under the El Questro Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA), and ensure our operations reflect cultural integrity and collaboration.

What youll be doing:
- Supporting respectful, ongoing relationships with the Wilinggin Aboriginal Corporation and other stakeholders
- Helping deliver Aboriginal employment, training and participation outcomes in line with the ILUA
- Contributing to cultural awareness training and community engagement activities
- Assisting in the coordination of heritage management procedures and compliance
- Providing admin support, including tracking budgets and managing contract obligations
- Collaborating with a cross-functional team to ensure cultural protocols are embedded in everyday operations
Were looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in Indigenous cultures, community engagement and reconciliation
- Communicates with empathy, clarity and respect
- Thrives in a team environment and is open to learning
- Understands the basics of contract compliance and project coordination (or is willing to learn)
- Has some experience or exposure to community engagement, land management, or tourism (not essential but a plus)

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at El Questro. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
