Operations Leadership

Strategic leadership and operational oversight are required to lead high-quality, child-safe, and culturally responsive services across the Kimberley.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of managers, caseworkers, and youth workers across multiple sites.
  • Ensure services meet quality standards, contractual obligations, and cultural responsiveness with a strong focus on Aboriginal partnerships.
  • Oversee operational delivery, budgets, and reporting requirements.
  • Build relationships with local agencies, government departments, and community stakeholders.
  • Drive service improvement, policy implementation, and organisational development initiatives.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in the community services sector, with significant management and supervisory experience.
  • Strong background in out-of-home care, family support, complex care, disability services, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams, drive cohesion, and implement policies and procedures effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across the Kimberley.
