Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Customer Experience Manager to lead the creation and delivery of engaging customer experiences digitally and in-store. This role requires strong omnichannel expertise, analytical insight, and the ability to make informed decisions based on customer insights and data-led market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage customer insights and data-led market trends to inform marketing strategies and drive business outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to in-store and digital experiences that captivate customers and differentiate our brand.
  • Develop and deliver customer journey maps to identify areas for improvement and optimize the customer experience.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to deliver an engaging omnichannel customer experience that seamlessly integrates across our store and digital channels.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Marketing Manager for a successful customer-centric brand.
  • Strong omnichannel customer experience and analytical insight.
  • Ability to apply customer insights and data-led market trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Bravery to try new things and think outside the box to deliver brand centric customer experiences.
