About the Role:

At SG Fleet, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our customers' satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Voice of Customer (VoC) program, collecting and analyzing customer feedback to drive business improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the VoC function, ensuring customer feedback is captured and analyzed to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvements
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback and sentiment
  • Identify and prioritize areas for improvement

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer experience management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
