Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at AUTOrecruit. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales deals in a timely and accurate manner
  • Register vehicles and liaise with the Department of Transport
  • Reconcile accounts and manage financial transactions
  • Receive and process vehicle invoices
  • Perform general administrative duties as required
  • Answer phones and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner

Requirements:

  • Recent experience in a dealership environment
  • QLD Registration Accreditation
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
