Restoration Review Specialist

To excel as a Restoration Review Specialist, you will provide technical and cost validation of Restorer's reports, scope of works and quotes to support Claims Management teams and Loss Adjusting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimizing claims expenses by effectively reviewing building costs and negotiating acceptable outcomes with suppliers.
  • Collaboration with suppliers, internal claims team, and supplier relationship team.
  • Timely and accurate review of scopes of work and supplier quotations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the restoration industry with knowledge of restoration best practices.
  • IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) Certification.
  • Skills in preparing a scope of works.
