Job Title: Technical Expert

This role focuses on overseeing the technical aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven ability in End User Computing operations, including analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, define, and solve technical and operational problems.
  • Ability to acquire knowledge of modern ICT environments with solid technical experience in solving problems with network-aware software and hardware.
  • Supervise own work flow, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a professional and positive manner using high initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Adhere to and participate in ITSM practices such as change management.
  • Develop interpersonal, team building, and negotiation skills in an ICT environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills, and understanding of equity in the workplace.

Qualifications, Professional Registration, Conditions and Other Requirements:

  • A driver's licence (C class) is highly desirable.
  • Applications remain current for 12 months.
