Job Title: Operations and Compliance Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of safe, reliable, and efficient services.

You will oversee all aspects of vehicle compliance including registrations, servicing, inspections, and licensing. You will also support tow truck operators to remain compliant with policies, permits, and performance standards.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating minor truck repairs, managing after-hours breakdowns, and maintaining strong supplier and repairer relationships. You will also manage truck stock, equipment, and test & tag schedules.

Additionally, you will collaborate with operations teams to ensure resources meet KPIs, contracts, and customer demand. You will assist with incident investigations, complaints, and resolution processes.

You will be responsible for keeping fleet facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will generate reports, process invoices, and maintain accurate fleet administration.

  • Comfortable using a range of computer systems and applications
  • Bring experience in fleet, transport, logistics, or a similar operational role (desirable)
