Our ideal candidate will be a highly organized and meticulous individual with exceptional attention to detail.

The Compliance Administrator Assistant is responsible for ensuring that all subcontractor compliance documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with client and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of subcontractor compliance documents, licenses, and insurances.
  • Induction Coordination: Schedule and record induction training for subcontractor staff across multiple sites.
  • Client Portal Updates: Ensure subcontractor staff details are uploaded and maintained across client platforms.
  • Compliance Registers: Keep internal systems and registers up to date with precision and consistency.
  • Document Creation: Format and edit Microsoft documents to support compliance and operational needs.
  • Stakeholder Support: Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.
