Job Overview

The Product Management position at a leading organization is an ideal opportunity for a true product management professional. This role is not a Product Owner or Business Analyst position, but rather a hands-on leader who will be personally engaging with customers and data, deep in the daily details.

Key Aspects of this Role

  • Strategic Product Leadership - You'll be responsible for defining and driving product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
  • Customer Advocacy - Advocate for our customers and industry using qualitative and quantitative discovery tools, lead with empathy, supported by data.
  • Solution Innovation & Delivery - Collaborate closely with a team of Engineers and Designers to look beyond the status quo, using product prototypes and experiments to create industry-leading product experiences.
  • Value Creation & Viability - Ensure your team's solutions deliver value for our customers in a way that is also viable for the business.
  • Go-to-Market Support - Shipping is not enough. Winning is when our customers use and get value from what you build.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Product Manager in a software company (B2B or B2C) (essential)
  • Customer-facing experience - You excel at engaging directly with customers to uncover opportunities, distill findings into clear, actionable insights to drive product decisions and enhance user experiences.
  • Builder & executer - you can wear multiple hats, whether it's devising product strategy, creating processes, diving into data, or getting your hands dirty and executing change yourself.
  • Collaborative leadership - Proven ability to engage with stakeholders across teams, build alignment, and clearly communicate product vision and goals.
  • Personal responsibility & sense of urgency - you're results-obsessed & biased towards action.
