Job Summary

We are seeking an Asset Services Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and drive continuous improvement initiatives. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining design standards for high-quality products that meet regulatory requirements.

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Asset Services Engineering Manager and take on a leadership role. You will be responsible for implementing process improvements, identifying project risks, and resolving issues while anticipating potential problems.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve customer-perceived value through effective structure and best practice methods. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders and assure efficient utilization of resources within the business group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops, maintains and improves design standards for high-quality products that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Implements and supports process improvements in the engineering group to increase product development velocity and reduce costs.
  • Identifies and resolves project risks while anticipating and mitigating potential issues.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve customer-perceived value through effective structure and best practice methods.
  • Provides technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and other divisions.
  • Assures efficient utilization of resources within the business group and develops training matrices for team members.
  • Leverages expertise and manpower to support critical situations across the business group.
