Location:
Australia Remote, we are a fully remote organization with staff based across NSW, QLD and WA.
Nuj is a technology-enabled data and insights business focused on the superannuation industry. Our mission is to nudge super funds and their underlying members towards better outcomes. We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end development of the Nuj Super platform. A cutting-edge RegTech solution that removes risk from regulatory reporting by delivering dependable scheduling, data accuracy, seamless integrations, effective stakeholder collaboration, and unified data validations and visualisations.
This role is pivotal in shaping innovative, user-centric web applications that simplify superannuation compliance and management for trustees, administrators, super funds, and their 11.2 million members across Australia, while supporting major clients like MUFG, Equity Trustees, and AMP in navigating APRA regulations.

Responsibilities
Ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, prioritizing features that enhance user experience, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Conduct in-depth user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and inform product decisions, with a strong emphasis on conceptual web application design to create intuitive, scalable interfaces.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data science, commercial teams to manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration.
Oversee data-driven enhancements, monitoring key metrics like user adoption, time-to-value, and satisfaction to continuously improve product performance.
Partner with stakeholders to align product initiatives with business goals, regulatory requirements (e.g., APRA standards), and emerging trends in fintech and AI.
Iterate rapidly on feedback, balancing short-term wins with long-term vision to drive growth and customer value.
Qualifications and Requirements
7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in fintech, SaaS, or productivity tools; experience in B2B platforms serving enterprises or SMBs is essential.
Strong expertise in product strategy, including defining go-to-market propositions, roadmapping, and navigating complex, ambiguous problems.
Demonstrated proficiency in conceptual web application design, including UI/UX principles, wireframing, and creating seamless, scalable digital experiences.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent analytical skills, with hands-on experience in data analysis, user research methodologies, and A/B testing.
Exceptional communication skills for articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Background or deep understanding of the Australian superannuation industry, including funds management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (considered a significant bonus).
Familiarity with AI-powered tools or automation platforms.
