Job Opportunity

Tradelink is seeking a Product Manager to work from its Brisbane head office.

This role reports to the Senior Category Manager and involves developing supplier and category strategies that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Business case development and financial modelling.
  • Lead New Product Development process and coordinate internal stakeholders for successful launch.
  • Develop effective working relationships with International sourcing teams to achieve objectives.
  • Provide category and product performance reporting.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of sales team and operations functions to ensure category solutions are aligned with business requirements.

About You

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key qualifications include:

  • Strong business acumen with solid understanding of distribution-based business processes.
  • Excellent planning, coordinating, time management and communication skills.
  • Good Excel skills essential, experience with macros and models desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience in a similar role.
