About Our Client
This is a permanent role within a well-established dairy company. Known for its commitment to quality and innovation, the company specialises in delivering high-demand products to the APAC market.
Job Description
Develop and manage the product lifecycle from concept to market launch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards for all product lines.
Identify market trends and opportunities to create competitive products.
Oversee budget and resource allocation for development projects.
Manage relationships with external suppliers and partners.
Monitor product performance and implement enhancements as needed.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the product development team locally and overseas.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Product Development Manager will be able to demonstrate the below:
A strong background in hands-on product development within the infant formula industry.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, science, or a related discipline.
Proven ability to manage multiple challenging projects locally and overseas.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in ANZ and the Asian Markets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and people leadership abilities.
