Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Griffith Rehabilitation Hospital, a private 64 bed rehabilitation hospital located in Hove, near Brighton/Glenelg.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

About the Role
  • Perform a broad range of administration duties including managing admissions, answering calls, preparing admission paperwork and conducting follow-up requests.
  • Maintain accurate and effective record management systems, including preparation of medical records.
  • Perform health fund checks as required.
  • Manage the collection of excesses/co payments.
  • Coordinate with staff from other departments.
  • Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, highly developed organisational skills, strong attention to detail and experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
