Job Overview

As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient execution of quality management processes and systems within the zone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate grain quality control measures to guarantee compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide guidance to site staff on current quality protocols and address any related issues.
  • Deliver comprehensive grain quality training to CBH staff, ensuring adherence to established practices.
  • Identify and document contaminated commodities promptly, adhering to required documentation and CBH processes.
  • Offer expertise to growers regarding current quality standards.
  • Maintain effective grain insect and pest control, segregate, handle, and test GM and non-GM grains accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in grain sampling combined with successful completion of the CBH Grain Sampling certificate.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, communicate effectively, and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite operation.
  • Prior experience in delivering training is desirable.
  • Able to work at heights, bend, stretch, lift, climb, and meet physical fitness requirements as per the CBH operational worker pre-employment medical.
