
Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a Coordinator – Harvest Quality who will join our team on a full-time basis for six months. This role involves ensuring grain quality within the zone during harvest, while supporting the execution, organisation and administration of quality management processes and systems.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in grain sampling combined with the ability to successfully complete the CBH Grain Sampling certificate. They will also be competent in the operation of Microsoft Office suite of products and have the ability to plan and communicate effectively, manage competing priorities and work at heights.
Key Responsibilities- Guide site staff on current quality standards and ensure compliance with CBH grain quality practices
- Coordinate and deliver grain quality training for CBH staff
- Ensure contaminated commodities are promptly detected and documented
- Provide guidance to growers on current quality standards
- Effectively control grain insects and other pests; detection and management of chemical residues and other contaminants
