We are seeking a skilled and experienced Coordinator to join our team in a challenging role that will make a significant impact on the success of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grain quality management, with excellent communication and planning skills.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the in-loading and out-loading of grain quality within our zone, while supporting the execution, organisation and administration of quality management processes and systems.

You will work closely with site staff to provide guidance on current quality standards and ensure compliance with our quality systems. Additionally, you will coordinate and deliver grain quality training to CBH staff, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to meet our high standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of [2] years' experience in grain sampling and quality management, combined with a proven ability to plan and communicate effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Competent in the operation of Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work at heights, bend, stretch, lift, climb and be deemed physically fit
