Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a 1.1GW wind farm in central Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a diverse project team with a collaborative approach.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, respect, and performance.
  • Manage risks, issues, and interfaces across internal teams and contractors.
  • Engage with local communities respectfully and in line with cultural heritage protocols.
Project Management:
  • Lead all phases of project delivery, ensuring successful commissioning and high-quality transition to Operations.
  • Implement robust project controls, reporting, and governance frameworks.
Contract & Commercial Management:
  • Manage contracts, negotiate claims resolution, and variation management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Represent the project to stakeholders, including JV partners, regulators, and community groups.
  • Maintain open communication on progress, risks, and milestones.
Requirements & Experience:
  • 10+ years in major infrastructure or renewable project delivery.
  • Proven success delivering complex projects in remote environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and outcomes.
