Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert psychiatric care to patients in the Inpatient Unit
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform diagnoses and treatment recommendations
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers for comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery
- Current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner
- Experience working in an acute care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
