Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert psychiatric care to patients in the Inpatient Unit
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform diagnoses and treatment recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers for comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery
Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner
  • Experience working in an acute care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
