The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely valuation reports to clients across the residential market. This includes maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and effective outcomes for clients and achieving personal annual budgets.

A focus on operational excellence will be required to deliver high-quality valuation reports and meet business objectives. Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills are essential for this role, as well as excellent customer service and stakeholder communication.
