We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a valuation expert. As a member of our advisory services, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions to clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support audit teams in peer review of valuations for financial reporting
  • Conduct real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia
  • Work on new and innovative housing models, such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation
  • Prepare valuation assignments in both stabilised assets and development properties
  • Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to clients
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets
  • Assist on and be at the forefront of major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including preparation of business cases, transaction strategies, and property development advisory
  • Provide vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across a range of asset classes
  • Contribute to market research and trend analysis and contribute to thought leadership papers
Required Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and keen attention to detail
  • Detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills
  • Professional accreditation either as a CPV of the API or MRICS
