A high-achieving Valuations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the precision and reliability of asset valuations, providing expert insights to inform analysis of new acquisitions, developments, refurbishments, and major leasing transactions.

The Opportunity
  • Lead external valuation initiatives, instructing consultant valuers and reviewing reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate internal valuation processes, working closely with performance analysts to drive business results
  • Presents valuation findings to stakeholders and provides strategic insights to support informed decision-making
  • Maintain property forecast models, supporting analysis of developments, transactions, and leasing deals
  • Advise on Asset Plans, Business Plans, contributing to organizational initiatives and process improvements
  • Build strong market relationships, providing technical expertise on property-related matters to stakeholders

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Real Estate or Property discipline, demonstrate a strong understanding of investment-grade retail property markets, experience with listed and unlisted property funds management, and proficiency in running and interpreting cash-flow modelling systems.
